Job Description: You will be engaged in customer service related to mobile phones at DOCOMO shops and au shops. Specifically, you will be responsible for new contract procedures, guiding smartphone operations, proposing services, and purchasing products. Assigned stores: - DOCOMO shops (within Tochigi Prefecture): Utsunomiya Nishikawada, Utsunomiya Terrace, Utsunomiya Baba-cho, Utsunomiya Interpark Village, Kamashin Yui-no-Mori, Utsunomiya Komaki - au shops (within Tochigi Prefecture): Utsunomiya Nishikawada, Utsunomiya Komaki, Ashikaga Com First *The assignment will be decided after 2 months of hiring. Application qualifications: - High school graduate or above, no experience required - Those who enjoy talking with others and have experience in customer service are welcome. Number of recruits: We are recruiting more than 10 due to increase in personnel. Location: 853 Kamiyokotacho, Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture Working hours: Shift system (between 9 AM and 8 PM), shift examples available. Salary: Monthly salary of 177,500 to 360,000 yen (expected annual income of 2,130,000 to 4,320,000 yen). Vacation: 2 days off per week, 111 days off per year, various leave available (e.g. condolences, childcare, menstrual, paid leave, birthday, marriage, etc.).
